Bringing a new puppy into our home was both exciting and bittersweet as we had not too long lost a much-beloved dog. We chose a puppy from Bellengere purely on instinct and have been so very glad we did.  Kathy kept us up to date during the wait for our pup's arrival into the world, sharing sonographs and once he had arrived, we received photographs and updates on the efforts made to raise him with a mind for his future development, mentally and emotionally. We were also given the opportunity to visit which we loved. It quickly became clear to us that great thought had gone into the parentage and upbringing of our puppy and delivering a balanced, healthy pup was of the utmost importance to Kathy.  We watched Maui thrive from a closed eye pup to an 8-week old bundle of mischief with the confidence to meet the world. We have been given support, encouragement and kind advice whenever we asked for it. Maui has grown into a wonderful young man who shows promise in numerous dog sports as well as being a pleasure to live with (most of the time!) for both us and his two canine brothers. A tribute to his upbringing is the great joy he shows whenever we cross Kathy's path. We can't recommend more highly this joyful experience for anyone seeking a Belgian friend for life! Di Shipway.
